Lori receives 2020 CSM Murray Award

The Canadian Society of Microbiologists is Canada's largest professional microbiology society. It seeks to advance microbiology in all its aspects and to facilitate the interchange of ideas between microbiologists. Each year CSM gives 3 awards that recognize the scientific accomplishments of a graduate student, a junior scientist (10 years or less), and a senior scientist, respectively. This year Lori was unanimously selected to receive the 2020 CSM Murray Award for Career Achievement. Normally the awardees would give a talk at the Annual General Meeting, but as the meeting was cancelled due to the pandemic, the award talks were recorded remotely instead.
